Glanfield Holmlund was established  around 25 years ago, in Alton where it is still based, and is the only, purely Commercial Property Chartered Surveyors located in the area. The Sole Proprietor is Chris Glanfield BSc (Hons) MRICS.

The firm acts and has acted for a considerable range of clients through our general practice business combining a wide professional experience with personal attention.

We provide advice in respect of retail property matters, office and industrial premises, land, investment opportunities and property development.

Advice is provided in respect of both the acquisition of property interests for owners and occupiers alike, as well as disposals through either lettings or sales.

Our clients range from private, individual tenants and property owners to property investors, retail groups, development companies, Town Councils and Local Authorities.
